The Baltimore Ravens have won 19 consecutive exhibition games, which is a ‘notable’ record.

No one will be able to persuade John Harbaugh that the Baltimore Ravens’ unprecedented run is meaningless since it came within a non-significant period of the NFL calendar.
The Ravens won their 19th straight preseason game with a 20-3 thrashing of the Carolina Panthers, which unofficially ties an NFL record.
From 1959 through 1962, the Packers under Vince Lombardi won 19 consecutive exhibition games, ending just weeks before Ravens coach John Harbaugh was born.
“All those guys who were a part of it over those years should be proud tonight,” Ravens coach John Harbaugh said. “It’s something only one other club has ever done — the Vince Lombardi Green Bay Packers.”
“I’d say that’s remarkable,” Ravens coach John Harbaugh said. The Ravens went old-school to join Lombardi and the Packers in summer dominance.
On Saturday night, the Ravens, who were tied at halftime with the Panthers, ran for 125 yards and two touchdowns in the second half at Bank of America Stadium.
After halftime, Baltimore limited the Panthers to 18 total yards.
Since September, the Ravens have not lost a preseason game.
Baltimore’s preseason winning streak began against the Panthers in 2016.
“There are going to be folks who say this doesn’t matter,” Harbaugh said.
“There will be people who look at that and go, ‘Wow, that’s something.’ I believe that everything has purpose in life.” The Ravens’ preseason streak is the longest in at least 26 years, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.
Elias’ preseason records don’t go back any further than 1995.
But, according to long-time NFL reporter Rick Gosselin, the Packers won 19 straight exhibition games 59 years ago.
The Ravens were unable to replicate that record since their star players are frequently used in the preseason.
Despite missing seven starters, including Pro Bowl quarterback Lamar Jackson, tight end Mark Andrews, offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley, and cornerback Marlon Humphrey, Baltimore defeated Carolina on Saturday.
Tyler Huntley, who began at quarterback in place of Jackson, stated, “It’s a fantastic feeling to have because you can see the type of culture we have as a team and company.”
“Every time we foot on the pitch, we want to win.”
It really goes to show how much depth we have as a team to keep winning in the preseason.” Some players were aware of the run going into the game.
In the locker room after the win, Harbaugh briefed his players about the historic preseason triumph.
Ravens safety Chuck Clark recalled, “We embraced and loved that moment.”
“But for now, we’re kind of in the record books,” he says, “but we just have to keep becoming more and better as a team.”

Aaron Rodgers: The Packers’ 2021 trip isn’t a “farewell tour”

Aaron Rodgers isn’t looking forward to his likely final season with the Packers in 2021, telling the media on Wednesday that he doesn’t want a “farewell tour.”
“I don’t know what’s going to happen after the season,” Rodgers said. “But I’m going to enjoy it with the appropriate perspective, for sure, and not look at it as I’m getting through this.”
Following the Love selection, Rodgers stated Wednesday that “the clock has started” on his last years with the Packers, adding that he didn’t want to be a “lame duck” in 2021.
In 2020, the three-time MVP led Green Bay to the NFC Championship game, which appeared to be Rodgers’ final game with the team.
Rodgers’ desire to quit the team was reported just before the 2021 draft in April, but as training camp approached, he changed his mind.
Even if he leaves Green Bay after the 2021 season, Rodgers remains one of the most accomplished quarterbacks in franchise history.
He is the Packers’ all-time leader in touchdowns, victories, and passing yards, trailing only Brett Favre, and he has the best passer rating of any quarterback in organization history.
With Rodgers at the helm, Green Bay has made the playoffs 11 times, winning Super Bowl XLV in February 2011.

Aaron Rodgers owns which NBA team?

Aaron Rodgers, the Green Bay Packers’ outstanding quarterback, is ready to collect his second championship ring in professional sports.
In 2011, he led the Packers to a Super Bowl victory and was named Super Bowl MVP.
His second championship ring, though, is from the NBA, not the NFL.
We don’t know if Aaron Rodgers will play for the Green Bay Packers again next season, despite the fact that he was drafted by the franchise and has been with them for 16 years.
He does, however, have significant connections in Wisconsin, having just purchased a minority investment in the Milwaukee Bucks.

He had hoped to buy a piece of Wisconsin’s NBA franchise, the Milwaukee Bucks, a long time ago, but nothing came together.
Nevertheless, when the possibility arose again in 2017, he communicated with Bucks co-owner Wes Edens and Bucks President Peter Feigin directly.
According to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, Aaron Rodgers bought a 1% share in the franchise after the chat.
After 50 years, the Milwaukee Bucks have won the NBA championship and are valued at roughly $1.62 billion (according to Forbes).
“I just wanted to get engaged, first and foremost because I love basketball and second because I’ve been here for so long that I wanted, aside my Packer connection, just another natural connection to the state that I love and that I’ve grown up in,” Aaron Rodgers told the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel and PackerNews.com about his decision to buy a share in the Milwaukee Bucks.
It needed a few years and several different representations, but it turned out that all it took was a phone call to Peter and then a phone call to Wes, and we made it happen.” Great job by Wes and Mark, Peter, Jon Horst, our general manager, made some incredible moves, and our stars played like stars.

Jordan Love’s playing time with the Green Bay Packers will be affected by Aaron Rodgers’ new contract.

Jordan Love’s situation with the Green Bay Packers just became more complicated with the return of Aaron Rodgers for at least one more season.
Despite the fact that Love was a first-round pick in 2020, Rodgers is the undisputed starter, and he’ll have to remain on the bench for at least another year.
Love needed a year to adjust to the tempo of the professional game from the moment he declared himself eligible for the 2020 NFL Draft.
But, Love’s future in Green Bay is questionable at the moment, after Rodgers’ MVP season and his return to the team yesterday, as well as the fact that he now has control of his own destiny.

For the time being, at least.

Aaron Rodgers has arrived at the Green Bay Packers’ training camp.

On Tuesday, Aaron Rodgers and the rest of the Packers veterans reported to Lambeau Field for the first day of training camp, signifying the apparent end of a months-long stalemate between player and team.
Many sites claimed on Monday that the sides were close to agreeing on a contract that would guarantee the quarterback’s presence in Green Bay in 2021.
Rodgers’ deal would be changed without a loss of revenue for this year, giving the Packers extra cap room, and his situation would be revisited following the 2021 season, according to ESPN.
Rodgers skipped optional organized team activities and a forced minicamp earlier this summer, extending an chilly offseason that erupted on the first day of the NFL Draft in April with reports of a possible trade.
The Packers’ general manager, Brian Gutekunst, has been adamant about not trading Rodgers, and he reinforced that position Monday during the team’s annual shareholders meeting.
“We have been working relentlessly with Aaron and his representatives to resolve the problems he raised this summer, and we remain hopeful for a favorable conclusion,” Gutekunst said. President Mark Murphy, who admitted in June that the matter had “split our fan base,” similarly talked favorably Monday about bringing Rodgers back, though he didn’t know if he would report Tuesday.
Teams must fine players $50,000 per day for unexcused absences from camp under the new collective bargaining agreement.
Teams can’t get such sanctions rescinded afterwards.
Murphy stated, “We want him back.”
“We’ve made a commitment to him through 2021 and beyond.”
“We have been very clear were not gonna sell him,” Murphy told reporters later Monday. Rodgers, 37, has declined to say whether he sought a trade, but he remarked on ESPN in May that his stance toward the Packers is “just kind of about a philosophy and maybe forgetting that it is about the people that make the game happen.”
In 2020, the Packers finished 13-3 and won the NFC North, but they were defeated in the NFC Championship Game by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The Buccaneers went on to win the Super Bowl, thanks to Tom Brady.

Los Angeles Rams against. Green Bay Packers (Divisional Round) On Sunday, March 25, both Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams uploaded the identical Instagram story, citing ‘The Final Dance,’ the Netflix documentary about Michael Jordan’s final season with the Chicago Bulls.
With Davante Adams in his final year of his deal and Aaron Rodgers free to go wherever he wants in 2022, all indications are that this will be their final season in Green Bay.
